Where is my order?

It can take up to two weeks for shades to be despatched. This is because they are made to order. It is often less time. If you have a deadline do contact us  [email protected] and we will do our best to make it happen.

Framed prints also take longer as the frame has to be made and sent to me.

Can I have a bespoke order?

Yes!  Just send an email to [email protected]  detailing what you have in mind.  We offer a number of options from semi-bespoke which is a tweak of an existing design and can be the most affordable option to fully bespoke.

Do you use real gold?

Yes! The gold details are hand-gilded in 24ct gold leaf which will not tarnish.

What kind of lightbulb can I use in my new shade?

 We recommend the use of low energy bulbs with your lampshades. They use less energy and are cool to the touch, avoiding the problem of scorching shades and ceilings.

Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes! Choose the credit/debit card payment option on the PayPal checkout screen and enter your details.    

Do you offer alternative frame styles?

No. If you are looking for something different to the standard frames there are loads of online companies who make the process very easy. We often use  www.picframes.co.uk who are great without costing the earth.  

Do the frames have glass glazing?

No. The glazing is crystal clear 2mm acrylic glazing which is shatterproof and 20% clearer than glass. 

How is my order delivered?

Small items will go Royal Mail.

Lampshades and Framed prints will go by courier so do make sure that you have given an address where somebody will be in to receive it.  If you are out then a card will be put through your door and you can reschedule delivery.

International Orders

Please note that the international may incur import costs if outside the EU. The customer is responsible for any customs charges, fees or taxes. 

Can I return my item?

If you are not entirely happy you can return the item as long as it has not been used or damaged. You have 14 days from the time your item was posted out to you for an exchange or refund. The refund or exchange will be processed when the item has reached us. We do not offer refunds on returns postage costs and cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items that have been damaged whilst being returned to us.  

Bespoke orders are not returnable or refundable unless damaged in transit.

My item is damaged! 

If your order arrives damaged please email us with a photo as proof so that we and you are insured and can contact the delivery company about the problem. Once this has been done we will send out a replacement.
